    General Notes: *Median value gives the value for the "average" county for this metric, the 50th percentile of all counties reporting data. **A low-income tract in which at least one of the following is true: at least 100 households are located more than ½ mile from the nearest supermarket and have no vehicle access; or at least 500 people or 33 percent of the population live more than 20 miles from the nearest supermarket, regardless of vehicle availability.
