An # symbol indicates the percent relative standard error for an estimate is between 15 and 30%, making the data value of medium reliability. Interpret with caution. An ! symbol indicates the percent relative standard error for an estimate is higher than 30%, making the data value of low reliability. Interpret with great caution.
